Over the past six years, Women's Voices has enriched the lives of over 332 women. Each year, Women's Voices has offered an increasing number and variety of art workshops designed to encourage women to express their selves. Women's Voices is made possible in part by the generosity of local businesses and individuals. Because they haven’t received the grant support that they have in years past, they created a fundraiser that maintains the mission of connecting women diverse in age, ethnicity and culture together through artistic expression. To raise funds for 2008, participants are asked to contribute $50 or more to their 1-day arts workshops. Fundraising classes include Collage, Fiber Art, Pastels, Printmaking, and Sculpture.
